Booking
Terms and Conditions
1.
All rates quoted are for one week starting on a Saturday.
Cottages will be available from 4pm on the day of
arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of
departure.
2.
A deposit of £125 per week is required; this
should be sent with the booking form in order to confirm
the booking. A letter of confirmation and final invoice
will then be sent to you. The balance of the payment
is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
3.
Holiday Cancellation Cover is available at £25
per property per week, provided that it is paid at
the same time as the deposit.
4.
Subject to you having paid the above premium we will
refund the full deposit and/or full payment in the
event of cancellation for any of the reasons stated
below:i. Death, accident, sickness of yourself, any
person with whom you intend to travel or the spouse,
child, parent, parent-in-law or close business associate
of yourself or any person with whom you intend to
travel.
ii. The Police requesting your presence at home following
burglary at your home or place of business.
iii. Jury Service, or witness summons or compulsory
quarantine of yourself or any person with whom you
intend to travel.
iv. Your own home being rendered uninhabitable by
explosion, fire, subsidence, malicious damage, storm
or flood.
N.B
A Doctors Certificate or other relevant documents
will be required to support a claim.
5.
The number of people using the Holiday Cottage must
not exceed the maximum number stated for each property
in the brochure (except for babies in cots where applicable).
6.
All equipment, utensils etc should be left in a clean
condition at the end of the holiday and the accommodation
left in the same state of order and cleanliness as
it was found. Any shortcomings, damage or missing
items should be reported on arrival. Should any damage
or breakage occur during your stay, you will be held
responsible and must make good.
7.
All beds are provided with duvet, cover, sheets, pillows
and pillow cases. Personal towels and tea towels are
also included in the holiday hire charge.
8. Cots and highchairs can be provided but must be
booked in advance. We do not provide bedding for the
cots.
9.
We do accept pets in our properties. Please indicate
on the booking form whether you are bringing a pet(s).
Any damage or fouling to carpets or furnishings will
incur a charge.
10.
Each cottage has a payphone and will accept incoming
calls.
11.
The use of the accommodation is entirely at the hirer's
risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for injury,
nor for the loss or damage to the hirer's belongings.
No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage
to any car or its contents. |
