A Simba Solo 300 Cultivator – one pass disc/tine
cultivator and culti-press – is used.
The
Simba Solo
The Solo performs a complete soil conditioning and cultivation
operation, from bare stubble to stable seed bed with drainage
restored in one pass, providing a more cost effective and
less time consuming operation than ploughing, with no further
cultivation required. An excellent machine for min-till
and Eco-tillage.
Drilling:
Cereals, oil seed rape, grass seed.
The Vaderstad Rapid A 400s
The Vaderstad Rapid A. 400s provides opportunities for
making seed establishment more efficient. It has a large
capacity and is able to work in virtually all conditions.
Used as a drill for conventional or min-till seedbeds, the
seed feed unit provides uniform metering with excellent
precision for even very small seed. Varying tramline widths
are also catered for. Combination drilling is now available.
Spraying:
All crops and tramline widths can be sprayed with a self-propelled
24 metre Househam.

Fertilizer spreading:
with Amazone Spreader, up to 24 metre spread width and
using border discs. For use with all bagged or bulk fertilizers
excluding salt and lime.
Harvesting:
Cereals, oilseed rape and pulses are harvested with a NHTX66
fitted with self-levelling sieves, yield monitoring and
GPS yield mapping.

Hedge Cutting:
John Deere tractor and Spearhead hedgecutter.
GPS:
mapping for soil nutrients, ideal for P.C.N work where
the cost savings can be great.
Other:
We can undertake most general farm work, from the hire
of one of our fleet of tractors with experienced driver,
to the carting of bales and grain etc.
