Tariff 2012:

2 nights (minimum stay)		3-7 nights		8-20 nights
£410 (£205 per night)		£175 per night		£155 per night

For any bookings incorporating the nights of 24th or 31st December there will be a minimum charge of £700

All prices include 20% VAT, a welcome pack, central heating, linen and towels (changed every 3 days),
Sky TV and broadband connection.

Payment Terms: Deposit: £150 per apartment per stay. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival

Other Charges: Cancellation Cover - £5 per Apartment per night.
Telephone calls will be charged at twice the rate invoiced by BT to cover line rental and administration.
