Studio and Classes

Please see the timetable below for details about when our classes are held. Prices start from just £7 per session.

 

Pilates Sally Trask is running two Pilates classes on Mondays from 7.00-8.00pm and from 8.00-9.00pm in addition to her 9.30am Wednesday morning class. Booking is essential to secure a place on both days. To book please contact Sally on 07931 567566 or email to sally@nullsallytrask.com

Sally’s approach focuses on moving with ease and relaxation whilst developing core strength, healthy breathing patterns and spinal flexibility, mobility and alignment. Tuning into your body, deepening self-awareness and developing the mind/body connection can transform the way you look, feel and move.

The classes are small with a maximum of 10 people and are mixed ability with beginners welcome. The cost is £42.00 for a block of six classes (£7.00 per class) held over a six week term. Drop in £10.00 per class. Please also book for a drop in session by telephone or email and please wait for confirmation that there will be space in the class that evening or morning.

If a block of six classes has been booked for a Monday evening or Wednesday morning and you are unable to attend a class there will be an option to come to another weekday class within the term if there is space in the class. Please wait for confirmation of this before attending the class.

 

Ashtanga Yoga Sarah Byrne will be teaching Vinyasa Flow with Astanga Yoga during her classes.

Vinyasa Flow classes are a dynamic yoga style that links the postures in a flowing, rhythmic way. You will discover new postures and enjoy a more creative practice whilst building strength, balance and the opening of your hips, back and shoulders.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamically sequenced form of yoga that helps to build strength and flexibility by following the same set sequence of postures or asanas. The flowing pace of this style provides a great workout as well as helping to relieve tension and stress!
