About Rudding Estate
Rudding Estate is a highly diversified country estate located on the outskirts of Harrogate, North Yorkshire with excellent transport connections to Leeds, York, the A1/M1 and Leeds Bradford Airport.
The Estate owns and manages a number of attractive commercial offices to let and residential properties to rent. The well equipped and serviced office units, based at Haggs Farm and Spa Bottom Farms, and the traditional cottages, houses and apartments, are situated around the estate in picturesque countryside locations or in the pretty village of Follifoot.
The estate covers an area of 1500 acres around Follifoot village which, since 2003, has been owned and managed by Mark Mackaness from The Estate Office at Haggs Farm.
